EDEN 100.9.3 — Static validation report

Baseline: EDEN 100.9.2, continuing the 100.9.x release line originally based on stable 100.3.179. Version 100.3.180 was not used as a baseline.

Implemented:
- Reworked the administrator-side member profile into structured native tables for account facts, ticket totals, activity/commerce totals, latest module events, and profile notes visible to the current administrator.
- Added a dedicated Telegram profile button: t.me/<username> when a username is known, otherwise tg://user?id=<numeric Telegram ID>; the copy-ID button remains available.
- Added member_profile_notes with private/all-admin visibility. The query filters private notes to their author, while notes marked for all admins appear to administrators with profile access.
- Added the note workflow: select visibility, submit text (up to 3000 characters), then explicitly choose whether to copy the note into the writing administrator's personal aw_notes notebook.
- A notebook copy uses the existing private notebook for the note author only. If that copy fails, the profile note remains saved and the failure is logged.
- Added a table view listing all profile notes visible to the current administrator (latest 20) and navigation back to the profile.

Validation:
- All 75 PHP files passed php -l.
- update.json parses as valid JSON; all 162 listed update paths exist and are unique.
- Static assertions verified visibility selection, the private-note author filter, optional notebook-copy choices, the Telegram profile URL fallback, table delivery, and the note text handler.
- ZIP integrity was checked after packaging.

Limitations:
- No live Telegram API interaction or production database test was performed.
- member_profile_notes is created lazily with CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS at runtime; the deployment DB account needs permission to create the table.
